Shipping storage containers that have a strong resistance, part of the wide and relatively low cost. Make them practical and affordable to make a lot of housing options. Last year, a South Florida-based design, manufacturing and retail companies, creating a design called, “E-House,” a solid built with cargo containers. They also wanted to take it home to know about recycling, so they record all the steps involved in the shipping container to build houses and share with Jetson Green.
Using the framework of shipping containers to create the basic structure of house, E-House successfully combines architecture with residential housing to provide a beautiful environment for the design and construction for the housing market. Sizes ranging from 740 square feet to 1300 square feet, manufactured homes and then sent to a specified location.

Following a typical construction procedure, which began with the standard layout of cargo containers. Windows, doors, mechanical, and ventilation pipes are used from the walls of corrugated metal containers. Before starting construction, the container walls were destroyed and sand coated with anti-rust primer to ensure maximum durability.
Exterior wall and then welded together to create the desired shape of the structure. When the walls of the house was in place, the framing begins. Using steel studs, exterior walls and ceilings are framed. Furthermore, electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems and then added to the structure, and proper insulation. Finally, the exterior walls are covered in an appropriate sheathing and house wrap while hanging sheetrock on the walls and ceiling.
Developed to meet the standards of all the programs that most major greening and to maintain the smallest possible carbon, E-House contains a number of green features, including: energy-saving equipment, a split air conditioning systems, low flow toilets, air quality HEPA filters, tankless hot water heaters , grid tied solar panels, electric car chargers, LED lighting, low VOC paints, non-toxic insulation, a Solar Energy system, smart home lighting, greywater recycling, an organic waste composting machine and a custom made recycling center
In an interview recently, CEO of Aaron Newman said, “Green is more than just a feature, it’s about lifestyle and living with awareness.”
