This five star hotel will be under the ground. Designed by ReardonSmith Architects, the proposed development in Hersham Golf Club in Surrey, London, the hotel is under the ground will be built by placing all the 200 + guest rooms below. The whole scheme is covered with green grass roof of a luxury to take from the surrounding area. In addition to the green grass is integrated into the building, including the addition of broad proposals on-site re-vegetation and re-organization of existing space (like parking) more environmentally friendly than today.

The whole development is set back from the local residential areas and placed in an existing forest bag so hidden from view for local residents. Carefully framed views of all the public areas of the hotel to the golf course and will make a unique forest for food, hotel and golf club experience. The area of the hotel and the new golf club will be approximately 16,500 square meters.
