It is a commercial solution developed in the Green Belt and is, we believe, the world first. ” Two levels of underground hotel consists of three “rings” of the guest rooms, each built around a large garden 800m2 yard, allowing light to penetrate fully the glass façade. Public spaces, including high quality restaurants, will be contained in one level in the classroom. Contouring imitating undulating nature of the course will hide this level and joined the landscape. The whole development is set back from the local residential areas and placed in an existing forest bag so hidden from view for local residents. Carefully framed views of all the public areas of the hotel to the golf course and will make a unique forest for food, hotel and golf club experience. The area of the hotel and the new golf club will be approximately 16,500 square meters.
ReardonSmith designing a unique scheme, sustainable and innovative luxury hotel and spa. Proposed development in Hersham Golf Club in Surrey, with a capacity of more than 200 underground rooms with beautiful pages, leaving only one level of common areas in each class. The purpose of this is designing the hotel’s roof adjoining the green grass golf course and coexists with the natural surrounding.
Hersham Golf Club stands in the forest areas, car parking currently on the ground, will be placed under ground. There are golf clubs and car park will be destroyed and replaced by a new club that is integrated in the hotel.

In fact, the efforts of our solution not only to preserve the essence of the Green Belt convenience, but also to improve with the elimination of existing and highly visible buildings and hard standing parking zone. The process required to achieve the proposed hotel would be expensive. But, the client receives, and this should be congratulated for its willingness to invest in solutions that clearly respond to the environment, as well as commercial, imperative. ”
This sure is anticipated that the resource demands of the building will be significantly reduced compared with the conventional five-star hotel.
