The ESLICE home is a Latvian creation designed to satisfy the desire for high quality of living, but at a reasonable cost. As the designers explain, ESLICE is exactly like a hearty piece of rye bread, satisfying, affordable, comforting, and simple.
The thin profile home takes design ideas from traditional Latvian barns, uses machine cut wood to build the small structure and comes delivered completely furnished and ready to go.
The home has a pitched roof, reminiscent of Latvian barns which also makes it perfect for locations that need to shed snow, such as ski areas. The exterior is constructed out of NCS computerized saw cut wooden boards treated with linen oil and there is the option to add zinc trim.

The exterior can be painted or finished according to your desire, and the interior has a flexible panel system that allows you to replace or repaint any of the surfaces. Furniture sets are a collection of designed objects by Mint and MammaLampa lamps.
Latvian architects Toms Kokins, Eriks Grube and Martns Hermansons came up with the ESLICE prefab home as a way to find a balance between wants and needs. The small two-story home has two bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchen and living room and can be delivered on the flat bed of a truck.
With a small footprint, customizable features, built-in cabinets, kitchen and installed appliances, the ESLICE seems like a lovely and simple answer to prefab homes.
