Stunning Blue Point Residences on Phuket Island
The 21 unit luxury Bluepoint Residences were designed to take in breathtaking panoramic views while maximizing solar shading and privacy. Modular louvered screens, made from a light weight wood plastic composite, primarily waste sawdust, will form a dynamic skin around the residences.

Modern Carbon Neutral Office in Slovenia
In order to achieve carbon neutrality, OFIS studied the renewable energy sources available in the area and determined which made the most sense to use. The offices make use groundwater for direct heating and cooling, wind to improve natural ventilation, and sun for natural daylighting and the use of solar energy, also rainwater and wastewater are recycled.

Stunning Lance Armstrong Livestrong Foundation with LEED Gold Renovation

Innovative Great Barrier Island Eco Home for Flood Protection
During the summer, the windows slide open to take advantage of the natural breezes and temperate climate. The winter sun likewise helps the home stay warm as it shines in through the large windows and a beautifully designed fireplace provides some heat when the temperatures drop.

Magnificent La Rioja Technology Center in Spain
La Rioja Technology Center is a space dedicated to IT training, development and research. FOA wanted to maximize exposure to the outside by integrating the structure into the landscape. One of the ways they accomplished this was by entwined climbing plants around a series of cables that have been stretched from the balustrades to a circular section fixed just above the ground all around the building.

Stunning La Llotja Theater Green Design in Spain
La Llotja has several sustainable features like a cantilevered shape to provide shade and shelter, PVs, and thermal storage. But its most noticeable green design element is also the most enjoyable is the roof garden. Laced with pergolas supporting a range of roses, jasmine and ivy, the spacious deck and lounge has a view of the old city and the Segre River.

Sustainability wise, green building strategies are incorporated throughout the entire renovation to save energy, reduce waste, and provide a healthier and less stressful traveling experience. An innovative displacement ventilation system will deliver superior air quality throughout the terminal while using 20% less energy than conventional systems.
